Q: How can I make a custom order? 

A: Please send in my IG account, or  with subject line “CUSTOM ORDER” to kozmic.kingdom@gmail.com for custom design requests. Please provide the size, desired colors, desired gemstones. If applicable, please include desired charm(s) and an existing bracelet design example. 

SIZING
Q: What size bracelet should I order?
A: We strongly recommend that you measure the narrowest area of your wrist with a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the desired wrist, close to your skin. Then add 1/2 inch to your result (depending on how tight you want bracelet to fit). For example, if your wrist measures 7.0 inches, your size should be at least 7.25 or 7.5 inches. 

    If you purchase the wrong size but really love the design, you can send the bracelet back to be resized. This process requires the entire piece to be cut and re-assembled, which is time & labor intensive. Therefore, all requests come with a $10 re-sizing fee. Simply send an email with “RESIZE” in subject line to kozmic.kingdom@gmail.com 

    PLACING AN ORDER
    Q: Can I still order an item that shows as “SOLD OUT”? 
    A: Please send link of sold-out design to kozmic.kingdom@gmail.com or DM us on instagram to inquire about future availability 

    Q: How can I make a custom order?

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We accept payments from any major credit or debit card, Paypal, and Square.

    Q: Do you offer any Product Warranty? 
    A: Yes, any Talisman that breaks within 6 months of purchase is eligible for a store credit worth the original purchase price.

    Q: Do you offer promotion/coupon codes?
    A: Yes, store promotions are run at random only for a very limited time. Be sure to visit our home page frequently, sign up for our newsletter, and follow us on Instagram and Facebook to be sure you don’t miss out!  

    SHIPPING & RETURNS
    Q: How much is shipping?
    A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping address. Some orders may qualify for free shipping with valid coupon code.

    Q: Do you ship packages internationally?
    A: Yes; we ship worldwide. Please select your country at checkout. Any customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. We are legally obligated to declare our products as merchandise and list them at the actual sales price.

    Q: Do you have a return policy? 
    A: Yes! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at kozmic.kingdom@gmail.com to let us know within 30 days and we will happy to resolve it. Be sure to include “RETURN” in the email subject line. Shipping for product returns are paid at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as KOZMIC KINGDOM will not be responsible for damaged or misplaced shipments. Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only (no refunds or exchanges). Please see link to official Returns Policy at the bottom of the store home page.
