Q: How can I make a custom order?
A: Please send in my IG account, or with subject line “CUSTOM ORDER” to firstname.lastname@example.org for custom design requests. Please provide the size, desired colors, desired gemstones. If applicable, please include desired charm(s) and an existing bracelet design example.
Q: What size bracelet should I order?
A: I strongly recommend that you measure the narrowest area of your wrist with a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the desired wrist, close to your skin. Then add 1/2 inch to your result (depending on how tight you want bracelet to fit). For example, if your wrist measures 7.0 inches, your size should be at least 7.25 or 7.5 inches. If you do not have tape measure, use a string or strip or paper. Mark your measurements and measure your marked string or paper with a ruler.

A: I accept payments from any major credit or debit card or Paypal.
Q: Do you offer any Product Warranty?
A: Yes, any bracelet that breaks within 6 months of the delivered date is eligible for a store credit worth the original purchase price.
Q: Do you offer promotion/coupon codes?
A: Yes, store promotions are run at random only for a very limited time. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter, and follow us on Instagram and Facebook to be sure you don’t miss out!
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Q: How much is shipping?
We have flat rate shipping of $3 (USPS first class) anywhere in the United States. Shipping fees to other areas vary depending on current rates. If you'd like your pieces expedited or shipped through another carrier, please select your shipping choice at check out or add that in your purchase notes and you will be invoiced for those charges.
Q: Do you ship packages internationally?
A: Yes; we ship worldwide. Please select your country at checkout. Any customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the buyer. We are legally obligated to declare Arm Candy purchases as merchandise and list them at the actual sales price.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: Yes! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at email@example.com to let us know the issue and we will work to resolve it. Be sure to include “RETURN REQUEST” in the email subject line.
Shipping for product returns are paid at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as KOZMIC KINGDOM will not be responsible for damaged or misplaced shipments.
